Kris Hehn, MGS, LNHA, LSW, CDP, is passionate about the quality of life for older adults. Her extensive background in senior services and personal experiences exemplifies this. "My 96-year-old grandmother lived 1,000 miles away. My parents currently live as far. I understand the worries and stresses of caring for family from a distance. Kris earned her BA at the University of Dayton and Master of Gerontological Studies from Miami University. She is a former Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Ohio and Indiana, running several different long-term care facilities. She was a Senior Center Director, a Licensed Social Worker, experienced in homecare, and taught as a lecturer at Northern Kentucky University. Kris served as the Northern Kentucky Care Services Coordinator for the National ALS Association. As the Executive Director of several Assisted Living/Memory Care Communities in Ohio and Kentucky, she saw the great need for family involvement in assuring quality care and services.
Kris lives in Cincinnati with her husband, two grown children, and 2 cats. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
